Supporting Teen Growth Through Meaningful Experiences
Teenage years can bring major changes in behavior, emotions, relationships, and decision-making. For some families, these changes can become difficult to manage, especially when communication breaks down or everyday conflicts become more frequent. Parents may feel unsure about how to support their teenager, while teens may struggle to explain what they are experiencing. Finding an environment that encourages reflection, responsibility, and personal growth can provide a different way to approach these challenges. The Anasazi Foundation provides an outdoor setting where teenagers can step away from familiar routines and take part in meaningful experiences.
